Do check out everything under the buttons on the top left, especially the links. There is usually a lively chat at HSG, and then there is OUCH. Once you have found your feet, think about joining.
If you want info on a specific subject, use the search button top right.
It is considered polite (and most of us do it) to put our e-mail address in the line below our name. That way it automatically becomes an e-mail window. Try clicking on my subscribed name at the top of this message...
BTW, I also had migraines all my life, but they went away when I got clusters. Now I have migraines maybe once a year.
Hang in there, Samantha, we'll be seeing more of you, I suppose.
