We're glad you found us, Samantha. This place is populated with people who know; really know this horror. You're no longer alone. If you direct those around you to this site, they might, just might get it, that CH isn't your garden variety headache. I want to time-travel and kill the parents of the coiner of the term "cluster headache." Their progeny is responsible for a lot of suffering, on many levels.
You need not worry about etiquette here. This is a place to rant and rave about a syndrome that often robs us of joy, family, self-esteem, and ability to earn. Beat the walls and scream. CH doesn't reward civility and patience. Computer smarts aren't necessarily well-represented by some of us, including this old geezer.
Keep posting and read on. Somewhere you'll find something here to help you in some way with your attacks.
