Have you tried a lawyer... Where I live most of them will not help as they have no real juristiction over WC anymore...and all it is is a run around... You might watch for this new bill being passed on the patients bill of right..when all is said and done and things get ironed out you could have a way to fight WC that way..I was told this by the American Civil Liberties Union...

What I found to give me the best results were to go down to the Worker's comp office and just fight it out with them myself and in person...if your claims analysist won't help try going to the head of worker's comp...get your doc behind you eg: telling them what you need or any kind of support....and just get assertive with them... Know the worker's comp laws for your state..they are on the internet so look them up...You might also try your Govenor and Congressmen/legislatures etc..in your State...that might also help... you could also call a Disability Group or Patient advocates... Basically it is a call and ask if they can do anything...and then take that info and go from their...Every organization is different in what they can do for you etc...

I know the hopelessness and helplessness that you are going through... I have been their many times.. I also am a Workers comps "wrong judgement" (that is what they call what they have done to me)Good luck and If I can be of assistance let me know...just write to me... Best of Luck with your case and give them hell!!! LOL...and KNOW YOU AREN'T ALONE their are many of us out their whose lives were destroyed because of worker's comp..... Jackie L.
