Hooray! Now three days without a beating... This was a strange one: Typically started mid-August, left hand side, one or two a day, very severe. Then three weeks ago it shifted over to the right which was a first. I then got twice as many but only half as strong. I tried the injections for the first time - way better for me than the nasal shots. The stuff worked for me so well I used 1/2 an injection only per hit - worked as well as a full shot, saved money and reduced chances of rebounding. Didn't like using the previously used syringe again, but what the hell...
Thanks to this site, I tried drinking a lot of water - I'm sure this makes a huge difference, I seemed to get better days when I remembered to pound the water all day, up to twenty glasses, specially a few before bed ( although had to get up to pee the whole time).
