Sad that you have CH, but am glad you found us. Actually, oxygen is probably the most covered topic on these boards. The topic comes and goes so often, the many, many posts are in the archives quickly. But, it comes up again every few days.
Probably oxygen has the highest relief (abortive wise) success rate than anything else. For myself, I use 12 LPM with a non-rebreather mask for about 20 minutes to reduce an attack that may have otherwise lasted hours.
Unfortunately, what works for some, doesn't work for all. And, even the oxygen doesn't always stop an attack for me.
