Do showers bring on anyone's CH's?

I've noticed when my cycle comes around that when I shower I'll get a CH within a couple of minutes. Doesn't matter if the water is hot or cold. But for some reason it doesn't happen if I wash my hair in the sink.
Does anyone else go through this?
