If you can, try to use it as part of a combination of therapies, like oral or nasal Imitrex, oxygen, etc. For example, I use oral Imitrex for mild CHs (like at the beginning and end of a cluster), and oxygen for nocturnal attacks. I carry the injections for full blown attacks when I need quick relief.
