I have received Botox injections into scalp muscles per the protocol for migraines and also with extra botox into the temporalis muscle on the affected side about 2 months ago. Some improvement in the headache frequency noted.
I had 25 units of Botox injected into the occipital belly of the occiptalfrontalis about 2 weeks ago and the cluster headachaches are definately less intense, the sinus congestion has improved, and there are more headache free periods between the clusters.
