Imetrex is like gold to a clusterhead! Have your doc run you through the normal tests to see if you and imetrex are compatable. I tried the tabs and the nasal spray, the problem is that they take to long to abort the cluster. I would not up the dose of Verap without checking with your doc first...I take 240mgs. and that works well for me as a prevent.Others here need more than 240mgs to prevent. I do believe Jonny takes the most of verap. that i've seen posted here. Maybe he could give you some advise? But I think he's going to tell you to confere with your doc...Good luck...PF to Ya...Tony
