Yoke, no - The last CYCLE I had (10 years ago), it was on the other side (right), now in this cycle switched to left. The one early this morning left but there is another beast lurking behind my left eye. I'm going to clal the doc and see if I can double my verapamil during this period - that would put me at 480 mgs. (which I've read is the max. effective dosage - any more apparently doesn't seem to be much more good) Thanks for your concern - I appreciate it! On another note, am I rare in that I notice a definite connection between the amount of natural light and these cycles? It always seems it's in teh fall when these start up and, almost like clockwork, after 12/21, when daylight begins to increase, my CH's drift away???? Thanks all!Jim R
