Life cycle of cluster headache

I have been a cluster headache sufferer for 20years now. First one when i was 16.Second one when i was 20 and every 2 years approx since.I am now 36, I can`t fight this pain no more.How long do i have to wait to be free from thisnightmare.ps. I was knocked down as a child of 8 by a car andsuffered a hairline fracture to the skull. That was 8 years before my first attack. Is there a connection?Cheers Simon
