unless I'm ou where I cant get to the shower,then it's an #8 bag of ice draped over my head until I can make it home, It's a pretty good trick to drive like this, being 6'4" I usually have about 1 to 2 inches of cleqarence from the head to the headliner! As far as the food triggers, They are more directed towards migraine sufferers, I have a lot of triggers but very few are food, more often it's the aroma of the food! Cold water and ice have gotten me through 30+ years so the short answer would have been "YES", but I'm in a long winded mood today. LOL! appy
