David, Even a half a beer can bring on the worst BEAST you can imagine. Alcohol dilates the blood vessels and although not the only component of CH, it is a major one and a trigger for many CH afflicted. I would avoid ALL alcohol if you notice they bring your CH on within 30 min. Good luck.
