During the worst HAs I've experienced something similar to blindness on the pain side of my head. Things get fuzzy, like I'm trying to look through a wet cotton ball, then get gray. I've only lost all vision twice - both times it came back within a few hours.Hope this is helpful to you. Elizabeth
