just don't go overboard. The beauty of them are that it's quite easy to regulate the dosage. At the appropriate dosage, I did them in the comfort of my own home, with my 8 yr old present. She never knew a thing. Plus, you can take them at bedtime, and by the time anything happens, they're already asleep.
