I can not help with the meds you listed except that I am now on Verap and imitrex (pills and Injections) The verap has done nothing to this point but my neuro has just uped the amount as a prevent so we will see how that goes. The imitrex I take a 50mg pill at the very, very onset of a shadow to fight it back. If that does not stop it within 30 minutes to an hour I take the injections. This combo has stoped the beast and left me with mild to medium shadows. I am now on O2 and that will clean up the mess. In here you will hear different ways of taking the meds and many diffrent meds. For each one of us the meds work diffrent. The best advice I can give is READ and use the Medical info link on the side. Also go to http://www.headachesupportgroups.com and there are even more medication links there. Between the two sites and the message board and the chat room in headache support groups you should get lots of help.Dave
