I just figured I would mention, that in so many messages the word "shadow" comes up. I went to search "shadows" and I came up with so many archived shadow descriptions. It is so nice to know I am one of many sufferers who have to bear this malady and others relate so amazingly to my mess. My shadow is constant during a cycle. Its almost a comfort as when the "shadow is not there, the demon is. I have about three more weeks, if this cycle is consistant with the last twenty years. PF to you all fellow sufferers
