Sorry Jim,I've taken midrin for several years for migraines it does contain a mild vascoconstrictor and a mild sedative.It works sometimes for the migraines if taken soon enough but I'm afraid it is way too slow and week to fight THE BEAST.I guess I'm lucky my neuro ordered a realy big O2 tank for me!Good luck and PFDANs to all!
