The neurologist I go to in Canada was fascinated by the prospect. He grilled me very carefully, asking intelligent and relevant questions, and was surprised and delighted that I could speak his language so he didn't have to "dumb down" his questions for me. When I drew him diagrams of a serotonin molecule and a psilocin molecule, his eyes lit up. He promised to check out our "shroom site", but he is an incredibly busy guy (I had to wait weeks to see him) so I don't know if he ever did. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ He made me promise to fill him in on all the details of my own experiments on my next visit. He said that the theory is plausible, and that he can't argue with the success of so many people, but that he would be more comfortable recommending it to his other patients once a formal study had been completed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As for morality... well, I can understand your reluctance, but there is a huge difference between LEGAL and MORAL.
