We go in with a hospital unit, the best plastic surgeons on the planet, a completely outfitted beautician's and hairdresser's salon and a load of the height of Afghan lady fashions.
Then we catch us some bin beards, give them a totally free of charge sex change operation, a new haircut, make up lessons and some dresses and lotsa veils, and send them back to the Taliban as women...
