I've been a chosen one since about 14 and suffered only sporadically until my mid 20's whence they decided to put themselves on more of a regualr schedule. What was only a couple of headaches in either the spring or fall has evolved into 2-3 months in the spring and/or fall from every one year to every 3 years. They seem to be getting worse or I'm becoming more aware and introspective of the cycles.
