my closest friends and my family have full and complete information. My employment situation is unusual: I work for the company that also employs my father...that makes the company's acceptance of this condition a bit easier....not sure if anyone in the home office (in another state) is really aware of how much my CH affects the quality of my work - then again I work with the best of the best in my industry, so a bit of incompetence during clusters probably wouldn't be noticed.
A long-winded way of saying that I'm quite straightforward about these. I don't/wouldn't use my work email address though because that would be against company computer policy.
