especially if you have a regular cycle. I have been able to tell my bosses and roommates over the past few years to expect some odd behavior from me come October. I try to prepare them as well as I can by describing what I look like during a cluster so they don't think I'm insane, possessed or worse. not to mention it helps cut down on the whole "Is There anything I can do?" and "What is wrong" scene. I just explain the condition to the best of my ability, as well as the complete lack of things anyone can do for me during a headache. I let them have some kind of warning before they witness the ugly reality - and refer them to this site if they have questions or doubts. Good Luck, PFD, Dan
