you've got thme back after a hiatus of 25 months. It's a shock and depressing to have them start up again. I went, more or less (with some medication adjustments) 10 years between bad cycles and just got them back with a vengeance within the last two weeks. I'm trying everything I can think of, in desparation. Hang in there Tim; you'll get through them, although as we all know - it's a miserable, MISERABLE time.
