I'm amazed daily at what my human body and mind can deal with. We're all here for you. You'll get through it. Charlie has posted his circulatory technique several times...this helps me. O2 works for me as an abortive. Maxalt (the one I disolve on my tongue) also works for me as an abortive, but is very expensive. Depakote (believe it or not) in a 500mg dosage has seemed to break my cycle for the most part. I only get a couple minor ones every few days. Hang in there and just remember they will go away. If you don't already have one, get a good neurologist. If you need help, just holler. There are tons of people here that would be more than happy to try to help. You're not alone....welcome.
