OK People, It's time for our next newsletter and we need some HELP! Have quite a bit for it, but need some more help. Thanks to those who've contributed so far, but VOLUNTEERS are still needed to help put it together.
Let me know what you'd like to see in it (if you want to see something that hasn't appeared in the past - SPEAK UP NOW). If you have an interest in something particular let us know. If you're computer literate - HELP!!!! If you have an article laying around that you think would be of interest (this is not a time to be tempermental - most of YOU can write and know it!) get it to me. Have an idea? Get it to me - maybe if you can't write it - someone else can. But it's hard to know what YOU want if you don't tell someone.
The Newsletter Committee is working on the Newsletter now and hopes to get it out by Mid NOvember (with a little help from our friends). But we still have some openings for a few good men/women. We need some set-up people and graphics people. This is NOT the army. It's alright to VOLUNTEER.
For our NEWBIES out there. OUCH puts out a Newsletter quarterly (or that's the plan). Out next edition is due in Nov. In the past we've had problems getting it out (something we're trying NOT to let happen again). Since everything is being done with volunteer help, sometimes it's difficult to get done, so don't be shy about volunteering to help. Let us know what YOU want to read about. We're all trying to work together, but it takes TEAMWORK. Jump right in - be a part of the TEAM.
For our OLDBIES out there who have been here a while. Let us know what needs to go in the newsletter. What do you want to read about? Clusters? They're bad! Be specific! How to talk to a doctor? What? HELP!!! Putting out a newsletter is not just sitting down at the computer and typing. It's WORK!!! Don't get me wrong - it's fun work, but it is WORK and time consuming, so HELP - Be a part of the TEAM!
