hi i'm new to this site, but not new to ch. i'm a chronic sufferer since 15 months ago. the doctors tried all sorts but i'm now taking verapamil 480mg daily it seems to provide relief but for how long? 280mg provided relief for 10 days . 480mg has provided relief for 16 days but after 10 days i took a dose of shrooms - shall i reduce the verapamil now or wait and re-dose if and when they return? HELP!
