I have worked under the glow of the best full spectrum bulbs in every building on my plant for over 12 years. In the midst of that my Clusters began and came and went like a good episodic...for me and in the archives...they don't produce a recession of CH for many.
BUTT...and this is a big butt...some have claimed to have gotten benefit from them...they are very nice lights...
I subscribe to the cicadium rythm connection to CH...butt don't pretend to know what it means....where is Gary G. when ya need him????
