Lots of people take it. Up to 900 mgs/day.Absolutely broke husband's cycle in '98. Continued to take as preventative and they came back this summer.Might want to search the old posts and get a feel for those who take it all the time vs those who use it as a breaker.Often taken in conjuction with verapamil.
