Withdrawl is anything but cute though.
I have a new SA counseler now. She told me that she heard of clusters and I called her bluff by asking her about them. All she said was, 'they are the worst pain anyone ever experienced'. I believe she understands.
I have an addictive personality (people, drugs, alcohol, food etc...)and I must be careful. In my experiences, I found narcs to be not beneficial. They seemed to always bring on more attacks (rebounds). But everyone is different, some can drink in cycle, I couldn't even think about it. Now I can't drink anymore anyway, so...
