Stop taking the Ibuprofen. If the pain is as bad as you say it is, and if you have clusters or not, the Ibuprofen will do absolutely nothing for it, except to turn your stomach into one big ulcer. Please do go see a Neuro. The chances that you have a brain tumor are 1 in a million or so.
