you are not going into a vein.....But, I think what Elaine is talking about is she pushes the air out to tell exactly how much Imitrex she has in the injector...If you only have to take 1/3 of the injection, you really need to do this to get the correct amount in each injection...Think this is why Elaine is getting the air out...smiles,nancyc
