helped me considerably after a neck injury. While I had CH's for many years before a major neck injury, I never imagined by turning my head to sharp to the right, my nostril would swell shut with that spike like pain in the eye back to the ear. Occured mostly at night when I didn't have control over my head movements while sleeping. Wake up to some weird dreams like monsters were crucifying my head to a stake with a huge railroad spike pounded in my eye.

Problem is finding a therapist that really knows her business. She came in with a big book and by feel could find the tight points in my neck, shoulder and lower head, apply pressure and work them loose. If she got too violent would end up getting a cluster, so she would back off. Had one hour visits once a week for six months, took awhile, but no more neck related clusters. Now if they can find the other reasons...
