After a few days of shadows I did shrooms on Sunday - so far so good. Shadows have gone (hurrah). One more kick in the nuts for the beast.
I can't remember the name of the shrooms, but I found a pic of them on the shrooms website and then just went walkies in my local park where I found loads of them. I sincerely hope that it turns out to be that easy for you. PFDAN to you. Colin.
