light diminishes in the fall, that's when my CH start up. Invariably, when light increases after 12/22. they get better. I told this to the ER doc last week and he said it made sense, and that I should spend time under sunlamps or by a light the SAD people use. There was also a post a while back from someone (? Ueli) who explained it all and someone else who was using melatonin. I think the gist of it was that melatonin peaks in normal people around bedtime, but not in clusterheads - we're "flatliners" - never varying.

I looked (quickly) for some at the drug store, but didn't see any, so maybe it's under prescription.
