My choice of pain management back in the day was a vice with a 9" throat, id get my nuts in that sucker and then have 4 cuban born chinese circus midgets clamp that motha down untill CH was gone. So I traded CH for ESS (enlarged scrotum syndrome)
Cant win'em all I guess.
