woke up with one in full swing at 4:15 am. Maybe it was a bit milder - maybe a 6-7, but it still woke me up. Just took about 10 min. of 02, but can still feel it. I was so happy the lithium had caused so dramatic an improvement... and maybe it still has. I just hope that this doesn't signal the end of the lithium's effect and that we're going back to what was happening...I can feel it coming back again. Signing off for now.
