not New York..and I had trick or treaters ringing my door bell all evening as we have lots of kids out here and we all know each other...it was really neat.One of the guys in the neighborhood even takes them on a hayride....I think it is sad that it is not like this everywhere...the kids really enjoyed themselves and Toby had fun barking at them..LOL..smiles,nancyc
