My neuro just called me and I explained that I had 4 CH today, 1 yesterday, and the two days before none. I asked about adding ergotomine and he definitely does not want anything to do with this. He would rather bump me up to 1200 mgs. (on 900 currently) IF my labwork shows me at the low end of the therapeutic range. He also wants my attending to give him the risk factors for me going on Amerge. So, if I have a crappy weekend, I;m to go to the hospital Monday and get my lithium level...he said, "we know the beast is sensitive to the lithium, now we just have to fine tune and possibly add Amerge..."
