I'm sure that one of the two experts will answer you shortly.
I also know that a rise in BP can't be observed..but I've
dosed two HA men and it seems to be the opposite.
Lethargic, yawning, dosed off during the experience.
Suppose the only way to know would be to put a cuff on
and take the BP several times during the experience.
