I have started taking a third of a shot at the first sign of a cluster and I have been pain free for two weeks now, knock on wood. I know mine well enough to know if I get a shadow I am going to get hit so I am not waitting around for the pain to hit. I am chronic and for me to get two weeks off is great! I am SURE had I not taken the imitrex I would have got hit!
