your abdomen, the loose skin behind your arm, the top of your leg....but it is important to rotate injection sites...also, if you are thin, pinch the skin up and inject...I use Imitrex at the first sign of an attack as I usually wake up with one and mine are already pretty bad at that point...GOOD LUCK..smiles,nancyc
