It sounds to me like your wife isn't being very supportive st at all. Excersize will not make your headaches go away or else everyone here would be running marathons every day. Please follow the advice about Family services or at the very least, print out the information on the buttons to the left and let her read them. Besides the pain, lonliness and depression are 2 of the things that go along with Clusters. But you're not alone here. We feel your pain...every day and every night. welcome! Linda
