I grew up with migraines. I didn't know until a little over a year ago that I was having CH's until I finally got a good doc and she told me that I had CH.Growing up, I always thought I had real bad migraines. One of the main differences, looking back, is that I never threw up with CH. Migraines make me vomit big time. After receiving my diagnosis, I began to study on CH. I now know the difference. So, my answer is, yes you can become chronic. The good thing is that there is help for all with CH here on this site.Stick around and read. There's lots to learn. Hope you feel better soon.Peace,Brad
