Hi Kay..you will find everyone's experience is different..however my experience was that the standard dose pack (as you mentioned in your post) wasn't enough to break the cycle..only provided a few day's releif...I found if i stayed on 60mgs for 2-3 weeks then weened down over 2 weeks the cycle would break and be gone...i have had 2 experiences when i tried to ween down early and the demon came back true to form..then i had to wait a few weeks to redose for fear of thyroid problems...anyone ? feris beuler?...beuler?
