my best wishes to you Mike for continued improvement. Although I had two mild CH today, teh rest of the day my head felt like it was in too small a hat (similar to what you describe) and when I coughed or sneezed, felt like the "roof was about to blow off." Strange - don't remember this from before.What meds. are you on?
