You're gonna play hell trying to find a doc who knows squat about CH.
During this surrent cluster I had a GP and a Nurologist who both knew nothing about CH. The difference was that the GP admitted he didn't know and the neurologist was too arrogant to admit it. The neurologist gave me useless treatment (he caused me more frustration than the CH did). The GP listened to me and prescribed what I requested.
I basically convinced my GP that I knew how to treat my condition and all I needed was for him to sign the scripts. Worked out pretty well.
