I have always gone off verap in-between cycles. I have never found it to keep my cycles from re-appearing. Some of my cycles it has helped but not all of them. Is it those who are chronic who take it on-going? My most recent cycle lasted 7 weeks but I dont think I was on high enough dose. My last cycle before that(three years ago) lasted only 5 week on same dosage. Curious Sue j
