That's rough. I feel for you. Ever since that attack last night I've been hurting too. Hit 8 last night been at about 4 or 5 all day. I barely made it through my meeting. The only thing that made it tolerable was I won an award for a program I instituted. You now how hard it is to stand in front of 300 people and fake a smile when it feels like you've got a screwdriver in your head. I hope you can keep some food down, I'm pretty sure that would make you feel better. Are you sure you want sandwich detail if you can't keep bread down? Sorry, lame attempt at humor. I hope you start feeling better.
