My sinus gets swollen shut before and during a CH.
My nose will run sometimes between CHs during a cycle.
My eyes are generally very dry and iritated during a CH, I use visine to help with that.
My sinus burns and sometimes bleeds, especially if I have used Stadol NS.
In fact it is hard to use the Stadol NS due to my sinus being swollen shut.
I have to use it on the other side, and then it can't go straight to work on the sinus tissue (at least not the right side).
My sinus begins to clear just before the CH starts to subside.
And during the euphoria, it feels like I have a "breathe-right" strip on, wide open sinus.
My eye is very glassy for some time afterwards, and I still squint at all but dim light.
Maybe this is some difference between CH and CPH (i'm still not a confirmed CPH).
